On the nose is an intense bouquet with a hint of black cherries, prunes and spicy tinges. On the palate you experience a light, well-structured body with a pleasant freshness, soft tannins and a prolonged fruity aftertaste. ABV 13.5%
Food pairing: A wonderful addition to grilled red meats, barbecue, well-roasted lamb with potatoes roasted over hot ashes and caramel taste sauce. When slightly chilled, it is suitable for a long summer evening.
